Services - Support
Support for eTakeoff products involves a number of components. These components are both bundled with the initial product and/or offered as a continuing service.
Phone Support
With phone support, users simply call eTakeoff at (303)331-2000
with any questions or problems. In most cases you'll be connected
directly with a support person. eTakeoff has support tools that
allow us to view your screen and clearly understand your situation.
Email Support
With email support, questions can be sent to
support@etakeoff.com
We will respond by email or phone within one working day for
purchased products and three working days for free products.
Maintenance
Maintenance includes changes made to the eTakeoff software to fix bugs
or make the software work more effectively.
Upgrades
Upgrades are enhancements and new functionality added to the product.
On-line Personal Training
With personal training, you connect via the internet to the trainer's computer
while conversing on the phone. The trainer can demonstrate functionality
or even give you control of the keyboard and mouse to try it yourself.
On-line Group Training
For group training, multiple individuals view the trainer's computer while
participating in a conference call. These sessions are designed to address
specific topics, followed by a question and answer period.
On-line Video Training
eTakeoff offers a library of recorded training sessions that can be
viewed at any time at no charge.
Service Packages
Complete Care
Complete care is intended for users who desire a high level of service
and rapid response when issues arise.
It includes access to the latest version of the product.
Economy Care
Economy care is intended for users who are largely self-sufficient
but need occasional support and access to the latest version of the product.
