About eTakeoff
eTakeoff is a software organization specializing in products for the construction industry. Our customers include both construction companies and construction software companies. eTakeoff staff members have worked on the development of many of today's leading construction applications.
Plan Viewing Applications
Our first plan viewer was developed in 1994 for Sierra Networks. It was an extremely challenging project because of the limited speed and memory of the computers of that time. The compactness and efficiency of that application has carried through to all our plan viewers.
Our second generation viewer was developed for a national plan room operator. It extended the features of our initial viewer, adding advanced printing and other capabilities.
Our third generation viewer was originally released in December 2003. It has some highly innovative new capabilities. The latest version was released in May, 2007. Click here to see the new features and on-line demonstrations. It's currently used by several national plan rooms.
